Shipping policy
If you have any enquiries once you place an order, please contact us and provide the order or invoice number.
Postage
Once you are ready to checkout, the postage and handling charge is shown separately.
Within Australia: postage is a flat rate of $12.
International: Postage depends on Australia Post rates. Please contact us if you would like a quote before placing an order.
Delivery times
We send all goods through Australia Post once payment is made. For items in stock, we despatch them within 3 working days or usually less.
Within Australia, goods normally take 3 to 5 business days, depending upon your location.
Overseas customers, please allow approximately 6 to10 business days after despatch.
Additional costs or tariffs
Delivery to addresses in Australia does not incur any additional charges.
However, overseas customers may be liable for import duty tax or tariff. You should check with your local customs office before you place an order. Any duty payable is the obligation of the customer and not Petal Back Clothing.
Returns Policy
The care we take when designing our products, selecting fabrics and choose a high-quality manufacturer means we’re confident you’ll be pleased with your purchase.
However, if you are not completely satisfied, we will provide an exchange or refund under the following conditions:
- All returns must be in 100% new condition, not worn or washed and all tags in place.
- Ensure that items are properly packaged so as to prevent damage in transit.
- Items must be returned within 14 days.
- Refunds will be less any freight costs.
- If we’ve made a mistake with your order, we will also refund the return freight costs.
- When returning goods, please include a copy of your payment record and delivery docket.
Payments and currency
All prices shown and payments are in Australian Dollars and are converted to your local currency by your credit card provider. Amounts in foreign currency may vary slightly depending on the fees charged and exchange rates used by the credit provider.
